My wife Susie always encouraged me to ride, but my response to her was “Nope, I Love my life too much”!

 

After Susie being gone almost every weekend and coming home with great and exciting stories from her whereabouts, I took her advice and took the class.  Once Susie heard I completed my class, she had a new bike waiting for me. A beautiful 2014 blue Soft Tail Heritage.  I was so shocked and excited that she had done this for me! After riding around the yard for about 2 weeks I took a leap to join Susie and our friends on a ride to Louisiana. I must say, I was scared as shit! Traveling down the freeway at high speeds, and some old godly roads, but our friends and my wife kept a close eye on me the entire way. By the time we were on our way home from that trip, I felt great and somewhat confident about my ride.  

 

Moving forward, now my 2019 Street Glide takes me through every backroad, curves, winding, up and down hills of Texas with a few out-of-state events with complete confidence and enjoyment! I share my story with anyone who wants to hear how I began to ride in hopes to encourage them to take that leap in becoming a rider.  

 

When the wind is on my face and the rubber side down Is a feeling like no other, everyone should have the same feeling of Freedom!
